Wind power is a good way to generate electricity.Most of countries around the world have Wind Farms because it is an efficient way to generate electricity and it costs less money than other methods of making electricity.Wind power is generating from the air flow by using wind turbines.Wind turbines convert this air flow to mechanical energy or electricity.Wind turbines neither give greenhouse gases nor environment pollution.They only give us 100% electricity.And also it is 100% re-newable,widely distributed,uses little land.

Wind power electricity is generating in wind farms.A Wind Farm has many individual wind turbines(May be several hundred to several thousands) that connected to electric power transmission network.There are two kinds of wind farms.They are on-shore and off-shore.Individual turbines provides 34.5KV and that voltage is increased to a high voltage by a transformer.
